This past monday night we had a banquet for all the ACMNP teams in the park. There are 30 of us here and it so much fun. The directors and board members said that this is the biggest and the best group they've ever had. Dick Camp is the director ( I believe) for ACMNP and he and others go to all the parks and visit all the teams. I didn't get a chance to really talk to him because he was flocked as soon as it was over, but he is staying at our lodge this week and yesterday he came to my office to visit with me! I thought that was so sweet and very meaningful. We had a nice chat, he is a pretty amazing guy. After the banquet I went to my car and noticed that my tire was going flat, which was lovely since I was an hour from home in the mts. My friend Scott came over to check it out and decided I should meet him at the gas station and just air it up but of course the lovely West Glacier station did not have an air pump, so another friend Nate, makes the exective decision to change my tire. So he in his blazer, and another guy start digging out the jack and spare out of my trunk, and these 3 biker guys in leather come out and decide to "help" which was rather amusing. It was quite a to do, but got some great pics out of the deal :) That's always a plus!
Luckily since I work in Engineering and know all the maintenance and garage guys, they fixed my car up real good for free. So here are a couple pics of my lovely experience. Thank God for wonderful guy friends! :)
Nate and Scott ( my heroes! ) They truly are 2 of the most wonderful, christian men I have ever met
